Dear Media Representatives,

We are pleased to inform you that starting today, June 11, 2026, you can submit your media accreditation requests for the IHF Beach Handball World Championship for men and women, hosted by Croatia from June 23–28, 2026. All matches will be played on the sand courts at ŠRC Jarun.

On behalf of the International Handball Federation (IHF), Sportfive (the IHF’s media and marketing partner), and the Croatian Handball Federation (HRS), we kindly ask you to read and adhere to the instructions for media accreditation below.

Media accreditation requests can only be submitted via the following link:

At the above link, staff from print/written media, photographers, and non-rights-holding media (all Non-Rights Holders) can apply. Representatives of radio and television media who are interested in covering the event can also apply through the same link. We kindly ask that you select your correct role/media type when completing the accreditation form. All requests for Rights Holders will be forwarded by HRS to the IHF and Sportfive, who will decide on the status of Rights Holders accreditations, while the status of Non-Rights Holders accreditations will be decided by the IHF and HRS.

The deadline for submitting media accreditation requests is June 20, 2026, at 23:59 (CET). After the accreditation deadline, you will receive a notification of your accreditation status via email. Please submit your accreditation requests on time, as late submissions will not be accepted.

Important Information:

• Only requests from professional media personnel working in active media will be accepted for media accreditation.
• If accreditation is granted to print media, photographers, and Non-Rights Holders, it allows recording of statements from coaches and players in the Mix Zone after matches, and photographers are permitted to take photos of the matches. Any other type of recording is prohibited unless approved by the IHF and Sportfive.
• A Mix Zone will be organized after each match.
• A Press Center and Press Stand will be available at Jarun for media personnel.
